5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any code, projects, or content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.3 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice. Any price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 30-day period.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

7. Mentorship Services

Mentorship sessions are provided by independent contractors. While we vet our mentors, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from mentorship sessions. Mentors provide guidance and advice, but you are responsible for your own learning and career decisions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8.2 No Employment Guarantee

While we provide career support and job placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, skills, and market conditions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traquiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traquiva, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., GitHub, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.
